This handsome Longhorn in a bluebonnet patch is an 18X24 oil painting. It was based on a gorgeous photo by Water's Edge Photography. My usual portraits are dogs or cats, but it's always fun to do a different subject or creature! So far, I've painted dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, goats, cows, foxes, and horses....along with people, landscapes, and houses. I wonder what will be next?
